Requirements for HEC Degree Attestation
For attesting photocopies, the original attested documents must be provided.
Transcripts (complete or incomplete) can be attested even without a degree, as long as they are verified by the Controller of Examinations.
Incomplete transcripts should clearly indicate ongoing studies.
Transcripts from affiliated colleges must be verified by the Controller of Examinations.
Details on degrees, transcripts, and CNIC/passport must match exactly.
Attestation of Shahadatul Almiya fil Uloom al Arabia wal Islamia requires full educational details along with an equivalence certificate.
Equivalence letters issued by HEC must be submitted along with the original documents.
Requirements for HEC Document Attestation
Completed HEC Application Form along with the Challan Form or courier receipts (for courier submissions).
Clear copy of a valid CNIC or Passport (for foreign nationals).
Original academic documents (from matriculation onwards) along with photocopies.
HEC equivalency certificate for foreign degrees or qualifications.
Transcripts must accompany all degrees, even if attestation of the transcript itself is not required.
Professional degree or diploma holders must provide proof of registration or accreditation.
Authorization letter if the application is submitted by someone other than the degree holder.
Copy of old CNIC or Nikahnama for married females when details differ from current CNIC.
